Philip E Walker

Chief Executive Officer

Philip holds a BSc in Electronic Engineering from Newcastle Polytechnic and has decades of experience delivering work in defence environments in the UK and internationally.

  • Power-supply, PCB and practical electronics experience
  • Leadership across previous engineering enterprises

Scorpex is the active engineering company through which Philip continues his contract work. His experience brings senior judgement across hardware constraints, delivery environments, maintainability and long-lived technical programmes.

Stephen P Walker

Chief Technology Officer

Stephen has worked professionally in software since 2017. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Stirling, with commercial experience across embedded systems, defence software, ATM platforms, verification and engineering R&D.
